When you connect your Google account to BakeGenie (for example, to sync your calendar), we access limited Google user data such as your calendar events and email address for the sole purpose of enabling this functionality.

We do not:

  • Use your Google data for advertising or marketing purposes.

  • Allow humans to read your data, except where required for security, compliance, or support (with your consent).

We do:

  • Use your Google user data only to display and manage your calendar events within BakeGenie.

  • Store this data securely and delete it if you disconnect your Google account or delete your BakeGenie account.

BakeGenie complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, and loss, as well as unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.

  • Access is limited to staff and contractors who need it to perform their job.
